Zach was a normal cop, who was performing his duty. He was unaware that this day was going to bring in surprise for him when he will not only become a hero but also a father. That day he received a call reporting abuse of a 2-year-old girl. Later he found that this case was reported three times. When Zach reached the site, he found that the child was hurt and was covered in numerous bruises of different colors.

He saw dry blood on both her ears. The cop was shocked and horrified by what he had seen. He immediately took the girl to the police station. He then got to know about the little girl, her name was Emily. Zach then tried to distract the mind of her trauma, they colored, watched movies, and played games together. Zach tried to cheer the girl as much as possible by doing all the fun things. After some time DCS responded to her cases and took her to the hospital. You must be thinking Zach’s work was done, isn’t it? Later DCS asked Zach, whether he would like to adopt the girl? He decided to adopt her, he took her home, everyone n the family was happy and fell in love with the little girl.

So, the moral of the story is that you don’t have to be related to be part of a family. If you love someone truly, anyone can be part of your family.

The End…

(Based on true events)

Stories are the best way to communicate. If you want to know a person, know their story. You will understand the person, rather than going by the gestures and the dressing sense.

Do you also have a story that you want the world to know, then share it with us at submitstories.storyofsouls@gmail.com.

We are also giving mileage to young students who can be our young authors by  sharing their already written content with us, that will go live with their name credits.
