Life is a school where we all learn new lessons, without having to regret over anything. That’s according to popular American actress Jennifer Aniston, who has a piece of advice for everyone.

I do have days when I hold a pity party for myself. That’s because attempting to escape discomfort causes more agony. But then I realized that it was just I who was preventing myself from living my life. A lot of things can be undone. Happiness is an option. Just go ahead and change your situation, if something is making you unhappy. It all falls into place after you figure out your true identity and what makes you like yourself. Life may be both serious and humorous on the same day. But I’ve grown to appreciate the unknown. I enjoy finding out what is going to happen and then just sitting back and not knowing.
I often say, “Make options, not plans.”
