A preponderance

I have no recollections of the past. The lingering moments which

became all too well familiarised; the hauntings arriving within the

middle of the night awakening me relentlessly…

have rid of them, having nothing left, but perhaps a few remnants

of a twice-wept tear. I find life somewhat less of a burden, after

having been weighed down with so much

pain and sorrow, offering

them to no one, but myself, not wanting a tear wept for me. Pity

only weakens more those who have been lain to waste and are

suffering needlessly because of another’s hand.

To have written of her, an avoidance I would rather not speak of,

once my love and endearment.

Never have I seen one so cruel; my horror…

My horror.

I am not one to elaborate,

if one

were wanting to delve deeper in an attempt to query my intent…

Preferring instead to elude what matter may have arisen.

Keeping those in suspense who had inadvertently entered

the conversation. Realize, it is my desire to remain secretive,

no matter the consequence.
