Words,
How is one to relate to them.
The consonants and syllables, therein, which are ultimately formed
into nouns, adjectives, verbs, and predicates. If referring
to a part or a clause of a sentence, which
the writer desires to
pen.
Is it a thought, an emotion, the writer has written of; an expression,
the writer has revealed. An effect initiating a response,
causing the reader to react either in a positive
or a negative manner. If that one
is inclined
to feel what the writer has written,
an emotion, perhaps…
Words
entrance, entice, enchant. Words sometimes dispel all reasoning,
leaving the reader at a loss as that one attempts to
retrieve what the writer has
written….
If the writer were to write of weeping, sadness, mourning, would
the reader also weep, would that one become sadden,
mourn, as the writer has
mourned.
Words take you where the writer has been whilst clinging
precariously onto a thought, a cold, dark and dreary
place, if the writer has transgressed into
an abyss whose depths are
unfathomable;
or a precipice, where the writer has taken you to unknown heights…
Words bloom, as would a fragrant rose, as the reader
breathes in what the writer has
