There are many growth opportunities in life. Leaving our so called comfort zone and addressing our concerns helps us grow. Keeping oneself in familiar surroundings is wonderful but may hinder personal progress. This article discusses the importance of addressing fears and accepting suffering for personal growth.

The Comfort Zone Conundrum:

The psychological “comfort zone” is where familiarity and comfort build security and reduce stress. This zone shields against life’s uncertainties but limits personal and professional growth. Leaving our comfort zones usually leads to Success and progress.
