When life throws a lemon at us, we can make lemonade or cry and scream at the sour taste. Mr. Hardick Bavishi has braved all difficulties instead of giving up. He was determined to overcome all the obstacles.
Hardick Bavishi, aged 34 years belongs to Kolkatta, a city of life and joy. His life journey was not a cakewalk. At a young age, he had many medical difficulties from kidney failure to undergoing a kidney transplant surgery, from being affected with cataracts in both eyes. With mounting medical expenses he was on the verge of going bankrupt. All this happened when he was an average student. Amidst all these problems, he faced the hard truth of losing his mother due to kidney failure. He too had as many as 15 health complications. He was on immunosuppressants and steroids for 12 long years. He was diagnosed with depression. But even after so many lows, Hardick completed his studies on scholarships he received.
You require a lot of courage to become a motivational speaker even after your life has not been smooth sailing. But still, Hardick became a successful motivational speaker.
Marriage and children completed his life. He had varied interests. He has penned Unspoken Truth, a book of 100 phrases that give us an insight into how to have an optimistic vision towards life.
Hardick completed his graduation from Calcutta University. His achievements are impeccable and something to boast of. He was awarded twice as Employee of the Month at Railtel Corporation of India Limited Eastern Region.
Coming from a humble background, he has always believed in extending his support to any social services. He worked as a mentor of Change with Niti Aayog to became a member of the Lions Club Young Achievers, Kolkatta. He has volunteered for the Transgender community, at Dakshin Kolkatta Sevashram, volunteering in Old age homes is another way of showing gratitude for what he is today. During Covid, he ran two-night schools.
By profession, Hardick is a CA. He worked in the Tax and GST department and has extensive experience. For 7 years he worked with Railtel Corporation of India Limited. And currently, he is a working partner at Krishna Bagechi and Associates and a proprietor at Hardick Bavishi and Associates.
Throughout his journey, Mr. Hardick has been very optimistic, he has been a fighter and has crossed all hurdles and turned the table around to give more meaning to his life.
