..I had not noticed your subtle changes until now, however small
the detail; parting your hair differently, a more subtle shade of
lipstick…
Not a brighter red as you usually wear, but a lighter shade of pink.
Your eyeliner and rouge, too, I found rather pleasing.
It was as though you were revealing more of yourself and not hiding
behind your facade as you always seemed to have had more often
than not.
I have no clue about what is going on with your life or was to bring
these changes pertain to your appearance, but you
seem more comfortable
and relaxed, not as fidgety, and I find it quite refreshing.
Your remaining stationary and not moving about in an awkward
fashion, causing a stir more than anything else.
Not that anyone noticed you, but you feeling you were out of place.
You always hid quite well, rather you were within
a crowd or not.
Your eyes. What have you done with your eyes? They twinkle as
would starlight even on the brightest of days. I cannot take my
eyes off of you, my fatal attraction…
What is this power you have over me? Left in a weakened
state and struggling to breathe. Am I to fear for my life?
Or am I imagining all I have mentioned?
Surely not, it is unheard of. Your being as cruel and diabolical…
You have never presented yourself as being fiendish, always has
it been otherwise, until now.
