When the world comes to value you based on how productive you are, it is vital to maintain your “whys.” Knowing why you do what you do can help you get through times when external influences tell you that you are insufficient.
Identifying why you wake up every morning and suit up can keep you inspired whether you’re a creative, company mogul, aspiring entrepreneur, or work a 9-5. Resonate so strongly with your reasons that your inspiration, drive, and results are resistant to external validation or criticism.
Pursuing your dreams is a bold act. Someone will always have done it better (often subjectively) or quicker. That, however, is irrelevant.
They aren’t you.
Your eyes have seen what theirs haven’t, and your heart has accumulated a collection of one-of-a-kind experiences that no one else has. You must fortify your dreams more than ever before.
Allow only a few well-intentioned hearts to influence you so that you may follow your passions at your own speed and in the way that works best for you. Never stop learning, improving, falling down, and getting back up.
Someone will always have something to say, but you have to do it for yourself and your “whys.” And, for every time you believed you hadn’t done enough, weren’t rich enough, spiritual enough, or were less than others in any manner, trust that you are and will always be ENOUGH and worthy of immense love.
